Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process and produce before shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Because items are made to order, we do not keep excess inventory — this helps reduce waste and support sustainable production. ♻️
After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
Printful automatically selects the most efficient carrier for your location.
Split Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages. This happens when products are produced or shipped from different Printful facilities to get your items to you faster.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local postal service for potential fees before ordering.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your package seems lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date at info@astridacademy with your order number and details.
We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue quickly — including sending a replacement if necessary.
Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@astridacademy.
If the order has already shipped, we can’t guarantee changes, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
